Hyde Beach House reserves the right to modify the terms of its book direct benefits, including the Best Rate Guarantee, at any time.

Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following types of reservations/rates: different room type; different view; different amenities; different check-in/check-out dates; different number of guests; different booking terms and/or cancellation policy; reservations on websites that do NOT disclose the brand, hotel, or room type until the reservation is completed; bookings that don't provide an immediate confirmation upon submitting the reservation request; prices that require a special membership or affiliation to book; any site that requires a login or credit card number prior to viewing or booking the prices; prices that are not bookable; prices that are reflective of unauthorized reselling of a confirmed reservation.

Hyde Beach House has the discretion to determine if a competing rate is genuinely available and/or does not fall within the excluded reservations listed above. Hyde Beach House has the sole right to determine the validity of any claim. Hyde Beach House's decision is final in the case of a dispute.
